Happy holidays, friends! Thanks for all of the comments, emails, texts, and interesting blog posts this year. From our conversations about POTS or other medical conditions, symptoms and treatments, or just everyday life, I am grateful for each one. You make my POTS journey so much better.
Full disclosure, the beach photo below was actually from our Christmas last year.
We often take my pup to dog beach on Christmas day, but this year he has a nasty respiratory infection, so he’s on antibiotics and Vicodin and has to take it easy for a while. But in the spirit of the holiday, he agreed to put on some lights.
Friends, whatever holiday you celebrate, I hope it was filled with love.
Smell ya later,
linds
Now that is patience at its best- beautiful dog!! Hope he gets well soon and is playing in the sand!!
All the best in 2024.
Living with dysautomomia is never easy to predict- may you find new ways to find the happiness in what ever circumstances you find yourself in. So many ways to ride out a storm passing through one’s body.
Good or grumpy days we get through them. Momen by moment.
Thank you! You’re so right – it’s difficult to predict. I’m learning to appreciate and take advantage of the good days, and be gentle with myself on the bad.
Hope 2024 brings you lots of good days!
