Information collected from visitors to this site (“you”) is limited to any information you voluntarily provide by commenting on a blog post using the WordPress comment field or sending email to me directly at email@example.com
You do not need to be a registered WordPress user to comment on a post. If you are not a registered user, WordPress will require your email address and name (Please note: “Anonymous” will suffice as your name). After you submit your comment, WordPress sends me an email with your name, email address and text of your comment. I do not, and will not at any time, store, sell, transmit, or otherwise distribute your contact information, including email address, to anyone for any purpose. In fact, I usually won’t even look at your email address, unless you specifically request that I respond to your comment through email.
If you are a registered WordPress user, I receive an email from WordPress with your WordPress username, the text of your comment, and a link to your blog, if you have one. I do not and will not transmit your information, including your WordPress username and/or blog address to anyone, unless you specifically request that I share your blog with my site visitors.
Please note, however, that I have no control over how WordPress uses your information. WordPress collects your email address and any other information you voluntarily submit through this blog. I am not responsible for WordPress’ usage of your information. If you have questions regarding how your information is used, you should contact WordPress.
If you have any questions about your privacy, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
